Growing Demand = Growing Needs

On March 3, Ron and Doris will depart for Congo with 250 new Proclaimers to meet the growing demand among Congolese eager and hungry to hear God’s Word.

Lolanga is a river village 45 miles north of Mbandaka. Jean Baptiste was invited last year to launch listening clubs in 30 churches whose pastors requested help. Each church has at least 5 listening clubs with 10 or more members. He was unable to make a follow-up visit due to financial constraints; one of many examples of the need for more funds to support personnel for distribution, follow-up, and leadership training throughout the growing Proclaimer outreach ministry.

We praise God for the incredible growth at the English Bible Training Center. Last January, we had 82 students, and this January, we had 150 students. In March, we will assess how to best meet the need for additional classrooms and train more teachers. The English Training Center serves as a platform for proclaiming the gospel intentionally and spontaneously.

Our confidence is in the Lord, that He who began this good work in the DRC will carry it on to completion! We are excited to see how He continues to meet the needs of His people and furthers the work of His kingdom.

"He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God." - 2 Corinthians 9:10-11

We are United in Love, Walking in Hope, Persevering in Faith,
