Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” - John 10:27

The Bible is God’s voice to His people.
In Congo, there is a famine for “hearing the words of the Lord.”
Here are a few powerful testimonies that we recently received:
Timothée Kondo, a Colonel in the National Army’s 13th Regiment based in Mbandaka, has launched over 30 new Proclaimer “Listening Clubs” in his neighborhood.
José Mwambela, Army Chaplain, has started listening clubs at 5 army bases in the Equateur Province.
Edouard Mbula, a prisoner himself, coordinates and trains other prisoners to lead listening groups in the Central Prison. The lives of prisoners are being transformed as they hear God speak to them through the Scriptures in their heart language.
We also work closely with many pastors and the laborers they recommend for training as group facilitators. Through these efforts, several hundred listening groups meet regularly, reaching out to over one million people in the greater Mbandaka area.
Many of these Pastors have ministries in villages far from Mbandaka and consistently request more Proclaimers. The hunger for God’s Word is also growing in other regions of Congo.

PRAYER Request:
1. More funding for the Proclaimer work.
2. God’s Word will take root and bear much fruit.
3. Faithful Pastors and Laborers to be trained.
4. Stability in Congo so we can return July 3.
5. Old androids or iPhones in working condition for Mbandaka.
Please pray for us and the Congo team to have wisdom and discernment for the Proclaimer work in Congo and the regions beyond for God’s Glory.
